Reservation Policies

RESERVATIONS:
Reservations accepted for a 2 night minimum. Payment in full required at time of reservation. Holidays or special weekends require payment in full for all nights. Reservations will not be held without deposit. We require payment in full upon booking and do not accept personal checks. Visa & Mastercard are accepted as well as Cash App $BishopRambler. Put in memo the dates of stay at Campground, and Site or Cabin Number.

WE RESERVE THE RIGHT TO SUBSTITUTE SITE OF EQUAL HOOKUP.  WE WELCOME SPECIFIC SITE REQUESTS, BUT NO GURANTEES WILL BE MADE.

CANCELLATION / REFUND POLICY
30 days prior to reservation start date: Full refund less a $20.00 processing fee.
30 - 15 days prior to reservation start date: Rain check only
Less than 15 days: No Refund / No Rain check

NO REFUNDS OR CREDITS FOR NO SHOWS, LATE ARRIVALS, EARLY DEPATURES, INCLEMENT WEATHER, PERSONAL REASONS, ETC

Seasonal and Annual rents are not refunded after start of season.

Terms of use for Rain checks:
*Equal to value of the original payment, not the length of stay
*Re-booking is subject to availability
*May only be used once
*Non-transferable
*Good for a 12 month period
*Excludes holidays, holiday weekends and special events

DEPOSITS ON CABINS

Deposits are Due 7 Days from Date Reservation Was Made! Deposits are Paid In Full.  Upon Arrival A $50.00 CASH Security Deposit (Insuring Against Damages, Lost Key, etc.) Is Required. This Security Deposit Guarantees Sacony that the Cabins will be returned to Us in the Same Condition in which They are Given to You. The Full $50.00 will be returned to You After an Inspection of the Cabin has been Completed by Our Staff and No Damage is Found.  If We are Unable to Inspect the Cabin at your Departure, the Deposit will be Mailed to You. Please Help Us Keep the Cabins in Good Clean Condition!  Thank You!!
